🌿 Venturing Out Shipping Policy
The short version: I ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia. Times vary depending on where you are.
Where I ship
I ship to most countries worldwide from Bondi, Australia. If your country isn't appearing at checkout, send me an email at hello@venturingout.co and I'll see what I can do.
When your order ships
- In-stock items: Ship within 2-3 business days
- Pre-order items: Ship approximately 4 weeks from your order date — I'll email you with tracking the moment yours is on its way
How long shipping takes
Once your order is on its way, expect it within:
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10-18 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days
These are estimates from Australia Post. Delays can happen during peak seasons (holidays, sales) or due to customs — please be patient if your tracking goes quiet for a few days, it usually picks back up.
Shipping costs
- Australia: $10 AUD standard · FREE on orders over $100 AUD
- United States: $25 USD standard
- Rest of world: Calculated at checkout based on your location
All shipping is fully tracked.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders (anywhere outside Australia), you may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your local government when your order arrives. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
I'm not able to mark international shipments as "gifts" or reduce declared values — please don't ask, as it's illegal.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email hello@venturingout.co with your order number.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days for domestic orders, or 21+ business days for international, email me at hello@venturingout.co and I'll open an investigation with Australia Post. Most "lost" packages turn up — but if yours doesn't, I'll make it right.
Wrong address?
Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — I can only change addresses on orders that haven't shipped yet. Email me ASAP if you spot a mistake.
If a package gets returned to me because of an incorrect address, I'll reach out and you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.
